so my shin is still bothering me. ran first mile with discomfort, then I got off, went to the rest room, tried to stretch then only made it another half before I didn't want to push into too much pain. Went to Tami's YOGA class - so wonderful! Think I'll take a few days off, really let it rest up. I have been doing epsome salt, rolling w/golf ball on the bottom of my foot and ice (w/cream later.) wore my compression socks to school today, felt like that helped.
