| | Felt my shin the first mile - kept running hoping it would loosen up - no dice. Super sore even walking downtown Boise (yes, back in Boise) so hopefully I rest during training tomorrow and can run again on Tuesday - WHY oh WHY my shin on right leg again....!!!!

| | after a week off, I put new shoes on and ran 3 miles. Shin is doing better - back of my right leg I pulled something so it seems a little tender. I ran three then walked/jogged from time to time the remainder .75 home. I will simply keep it short and work my way back.

| | I believe I have a bit of a hamstring issue going on - however, I ran 3 this morning and felt good. I-t band on the other leg/knee seems to be keeping itself near, but not painful...just going to slowly add miles. I just want to run for my pure enjoyment of running - so I shall be patient

| | Felt amazing today - love great running days! Back to early morning running - dark outside but refreshing for sure - cooler temps of 50's in the morning. Also, average pace of 8:19!! Simply thrilled about that!
